Re: HKBU – Regal Holdings Golf Day 2009
On behalf of Hong Kong Baptist University, we are delighted to invite you to participate in the captioned golf event to be held on Thursday, 10 December 2009, on the Duval Course in Dongguan at the Mission Hills Golf Club, China. The aim of the event is to raise funds for the “Hong Kong Baptist University Foundation”. The event will also provide a valuable opportunity to meet old friends and make new acquaintances whilst golfing in a delightful and relaxing setting.
You are welcome to participate in the Golf Day as either an individual or by forming a team, which can be named after a corporation or an association. Your support, either through participation, donation and/or sponsorship, will be a great encouragement to us in our quest for ever higher levels of achievement in higher education.
The Organising Committee will arrange free round-trip transportation for all participants. A schedule for the shuttle buses with pick-up points at HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. Details of the event and a copy of the sponsorship form are enclosed for your information and action.
If you would like to give your support and/or join the event, please fill in the enclosed form and select your choice of payment. Participants will enjoy a 10% discount for early bird enrolment and payment by 10 October 2009. As the number of participants is limited, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
